2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard international shipping usually takes:

- Europe / United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 12–25 business days
- Other countries: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, due to customs clearance and carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

5. Customs & Import Duties

6. Undelivered / Returned Packages
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or customer refusal,
the customer is responsible for re-shipping cost. Refund will be processed minus original shipping fee after we receive the returned package.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as "shipped" and handed over to the logistics carrier,
we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages caused by the courier, customs or remote delivery areas.
We will assist you to file a claim with the logistics company.
