Product Overview
(1) The light intensity transmitter, with imported detection probes, features rapid and sensitive response as well as strong anti-interference ability. Through our company's unique compensation algorithm and multi-stage standard calibration, it also boasts long service life, high precision, high repeatability and high stability.
(2) This product follows the standard ModBus RTU protocol and the address and baud rate can be flexibly modified using the upper computer software. This product, when used in conjunction with the 485 to network conversion module, can transmit data to the cloud server.
Functional Features
(1) Original imported probe, long service life, high measurement accuracy, up to ±7%FS, power less than 1 watt.
(2) It adopts imported RS485 chips to provide multiple protections for the interface, including surge prevention, line connection error prevention, and hardware watchdog design, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and avoiding system crashes.
(3)RS485 interface, standard Modbus RTU protocol, can be transferred to 485-to-4G/Ethernet modules.
(4) Provide upper computer debugging software. Users can modify the device address (range 0 to 255), baud rate (range 4800bps to 9600bps), and verification method by themselves. Moreover, these Settings can be saved after power failure.
Working power supply
This product is powered by wide-voltage DC, with a rated voltage of DC 12V-24V. The rated current is less than 0.1A and the power is less than 1 watt. Customers generally use 12V or 24V DC power supplies. In scenarios with long power supply lines, considering the voltage drop in the line, it is recommended to use a 24V DC power supply.
Wiring method
This product outputs a four-core cable with an outer diameter of approximately 5mm and a length of about 1 meter.
